Hello everyone! Just to give you all a quick update which I've shared yesterday, I've spoken with the Mumbai Central DRM office concession department guy. He is saying that we are not allowing the online concession only on the basis of UDID card. He is referring to point 7 and point 3 from the circular january 2025 which requires a concession certificate issued by the hospital. He told me to go to the nearest government hospital to get the concession and then reapply for the online railway concession. I was trying to make him understand about point 5 from the circular but he was not agreeing because, point number 3 and 6 and 7 specifically for concession. What should I do now? Should I again raise a complaint on twitter?
