Hello all, I have posted on X about what happened after speaking with the concession department officer. But, the sad thing is, we cannot express our thoughts clearly on X due to character limits. So, going for Rail Madat complain. Because, I am not at all happy how the concerned person was guiding me to go to the nearest Bangalore government hospital and get the concession certificate. He was not at all agreeing with my points. Let's see what I can do here. But, this X should be scrap. Because, It is not allowing non-premium users to share their thoughts.
