Hello everyone, First, congratulations to Sandesh on receiving your card! That's truly an achievement.
I also applied for this card, but unfortunately, my application was rejected because I did not attach the concession certificate. When I inquired about this, I was told that while the circular exists, the CRIS has not yet updated the website, making the certificate mandatory. My card issuing station is New Delhi. I would appreciate it if someone could offer assistance with this issue.
