I am not sure if the awareness in issuing E-Card based on UD ID has reached nation wide as people in TamilNadu are facing difficulty in getting approval without the concession certificate. Those who succeeded in getting the card based on UD ID, could you throw more light on this in terms of the required documents to be uploaded? Personally I have not applied as I have the E-card valid up to 2029, but I gather from others experience here that in place of concession certificate people are uploading the diagnostic sheet and even with proper doctor's info including registration number etc, their applications are getting rejected. So more info on this will be helpful.
