can anyone suggest what we can do for this?

India Post provides article and Speed Post tracking services through its
website and digital platforms. While the tracking system includes an audio
CAPTCHA feature that allows users to hear the verification code, the
overall tracking interface presents significant accessibility barriers for
persons with visual impairments.
•The audio option for image CAPTCHA is functional and relatively clear.
•However, after successful verification, the results page is not fully
compatible with screen readers.
Booking details, transit updates, and delivery status information are not
structured in a screen-reader-friendly format.
