Dear Shankar,

Thank you for your candid email. I appreciate you taking the time to share your
perspective, and I want to start by saying that I am genuinely sorry you feel
this way. It is deeply disheartening to read that my contributions have been
perceived as a disruption or a personal attack, as that is truly the last thing
I would ever intend.

I have always believed that we are all entitled to our own opinions. While I
have historically been critical of certain processes and accessibility
standards, I have done so with the goal of fostering honest dialogue. I have
never intended to criticize the efforts of the CCPD or the dedicated members of
this mailing list, and I am surprised—and saddened—to hear that my recent
correspondence has come across as intentionally negative or cynical. It is
difficult to read such a characterization of my intentions, as I value this
community and the progress we are all striving for.

Regarding my past comments, I see them as a reflection of my personal
experiences and a desire to remain grounded in the realities I have observed.
However, I hear your point that these expressions can be disheartening to
others, and I take that feedback seriously. It was certainly not my intent to
dampen anyone's enthusiasm, especially that of the younger generation who are
doing such vital work.

Thank you again for being open with me. It is helpful to hear your side of the
story, even if it is difficult to read. I genuinely respect the work you and
others continue to do, and I will reflect on your comments as I navigate future
discussions.

Warm regards,

Mister Kayne

It is certainly not my intention to silence anyone or suppress your individual
perspective, nor do I wish to stifle open communication within this forum.
However, I find it deeply concerning that I have yet to encounter a single
constructive, encouraging, or positive contribution in any of your recent email
correspondence. It feels as though you are compelled to intervene in almost
every ongoing discussion, only to steer the trajectory of the conversation
toward a needlessly negative, cynical, or dismissive tone. I must ask whether
this is a conscious, intentional strategy on your part to cultivate a
reputation rooted entirely in pessimism, as it consistently disrupts the flow
of productive dialogue and demoralizes the members of this group.

When we look back at the historical context of our advocacy, it is clear that
there was very little serious focus on disability accessibility or the
comprehensive implementation of Indian accessibility guidelines. However,
thanks to the persistent, dedicated efforts of the CCPD and our judiciary, we
have witnessed significant, measurable improvements in our field that deserve
to be recognized. I am genuinely struggling to understand why you seem either
unable or unwilling to acknowledge this clear and impactful progress. You
consistently respond to legitimate, hopeful updates with discouraging phrases
such as "it didn't happen," "it's not happening," or "it won't happen," which
serves only to dampen the enthusiasm of others and derail progress. I sincerely
ask that you take some time to reflect on your approach and consider the impact
your words have on our community. Please, allow the younger generation the
space, encouragement, and support they need to take the lead in this vital
mission without constant, wearying discouragement.

Well, banks are happy to offer you credit cards as they are the best source of
income for them. I remember a time when I used to get a minimum of 5 calls a
day for credit cards with very tempting offers and credit limits. I ain’t that
fool anymore to fall into their trap.

However, thank you for sharing your experience.

Under the schedule menue, you will be asked to date and time slot and KYC

Choose biometric kyc, and select the address where you want to be your KYC to
be done wiz home or office address. Keep your aadhar card ready and your done
after varification.

No signature required, no dissability related details asked.

Hope this information helps someone who is looking for credit card.
