Hi Hitendra Strictly speaking, it is not the business of ISP's to provide anti-virus solution. However, Hathway does make claims of excellent anti virus protection at their web site. You can take that as an issue to fight it out with them. Nevertheless, in my opinion the case is still not very strong for you. Harish.
