Yes indeed, I am having problems with accessing the virtual keyboard on the Citibank site. What is wierd though is that when logging into the Citibank site, they offer an alternative to those who are unable to use virtual keyboard. However, when verifying credit cards, they do not provide that alternative. When I brought this up with Citibank, they claimed that the verification page is maintained by the credit card provider and not by Citibank. This is blatant falsehood. Also, the numbers on the virtual keyboard are labeled, but the alphabets are not.
