if we could find more such people that are blind & access the citibank &
run into such similar stuff, we could definitely take it up with citibank or
with our respective card providers.
i too have run into such annoyances & have had to resort to taking the
sighted help which is not really an alternative.
do let me knwo, how should we proceed forth in this regard.
