am also using the reliance broadband connection & surprisingly, in my case, 
their services are one of the most amazing things to have happened to me. 
whenever i have called them for any concerns, they have addressed my 
concerns then & there & if the same has not been possible at that time then, 
a call back is arranged.
    i am totally satisfied with their services.
