Hi Everyone,

It was great pleasure to be part of the convention and I had a
wonderful time of meeting people whom I know and some new.

In my opinion, organizers made their best to provide all facilities
and run the convention successful. Of course, in every conference
there can be some problems due to unavoidable reasons and none can do
anything about it. For instance the quality of water; which I guess
none can do anything about it.

As far as introduction is concenred, I am not so sure but in many of
the conventions / conferences, introductions will happen through
networking breaks.

As far as time management is concerned, it is not only the responsible
of the organizers but the speaker should also manage himself / herself
with the limited time allotted to them and hence no one would get into
problems. In addition, people should plan for their return journey at
least two hours later the the agenda or agenda should e planned in
such a way that programme will conclude by the time when majority of
the members report to leave.

Just my thoughts! Convention really went off very well.

Regards,
Srinivasu
