Hullo, first of all verry very thank you for your kind coperation. i would like to know that is there any specific rule under wich the visually impaired persons can be exempted to assign the election duty as observer? If possible, may I know the said rule? Further, the concerned person has submitted the certificate of disability to the district collector for the exemption but yet no written communication has been received from them confirming the cancellation of the name of the said person from the list of the candidates who have been assigned the aforesaid election duty. In this regard, I would kindly like to know that what steps are to be taken by the concerned disabled person to avoid further course of action. Sorry for bothering you all further. Your kind cooperation in this regard is highly solicited. With regards,
