Dear Sir, I appreciate the pains that you took to list the points. These are valid points. Sir, I do not know that am I right or wrong but I definitely feel there should be a large scale drive to improve the future of VI's life. One point that I feel that from the grass root level itself the VI's should be trained in English language. Because what I have noticed is that many of our brothers and sisters are not at ease with English. I am extremely sorry if I am wrong. -- With best regards, Mahesh Narasimhan Flat No. 122 (Sai Sadan) Mall Apartments Mall Road Delhi- 110054 India Mobile No.: +91 9899353960 E-Mails: [email protected], [email protected]
