Hi Gamsham sir This is not an issue related to disability or accessibility.
Here is the solution. If you have used SBI card in a ICICI ATM and in case your account has been debited and you couldn't withdraw money, then you have to first go to your SBI branch and give them a letter stating the above. Then they will forward the same to the ICICI branch. After some reconciliation by the ICICI bank, your account will be credited. It may take days, weeks or even months. I'm saying this as a SBI employee. I see these cases every day. -- Vamshi.
