hello all, the documents i have sent you all are the letters sent to the universites in india by ugc. there are markings on the letters. some of the letters have not been scanned properly and there are lot many signatures on the documents. it may be difficult for you to save it as text. i am sorry but you will have to take the help of some sighted persons.
