if you have installed finereader, then go to programs\abbyy
finereader\quicktasks. there you will find "convert pdf or images to word
documents". press enter then find your file which you want to convert and
press enter. it will take some time and then will open the document in ms
word. you can save it then. hope this helps. take care, regards. ashish

have you tried scanning it with finereader? if you have finereader
installed then you can try converting this pdf image to word document.

When I saved this PDF file and tried to open it, it told me: alert,
empty document. Hoping against hope, I tried to save this adobe document
into text, it was saved in notepad but again, the document was empty.
