have you tried scanning it with finereader? if you have finereader installed
then you can try converting this pdf image to word document. take care,

When I saved this PDF file and tried to open it, it told me: alert, empty
document. Hoping against hope, I tried to save this adobe document into
text, it was saved in notepad but again, the document was empty.
