Hi,

As per my understanding, you want to select a set of vertical cells
(column) and paste their content in another set of horizontal cells
(row). If correct, then the 'Transpose' option is what you are looking
for. To implement this option in Microsoft Excel 2007,

1. Select the set of vertical cells containing source data (A1 to A20
in your case).
2. Press CTRL+C to copy.
3. Place the cursor on the first target cell (B1 in your case).
4. Press ALT+H to go to the Home tab on the menu bar and DOWN ARROW to
open the ribbon.
5. Move to the 'Paste' split button with UP/DOWN keys and activate it
with SPACEBAR to open the inner menu.
6. Press T for Transpose and come out of the menu structure with ESC.
7. Now check the contents of target cells (b1 to U1 in your case).

Hope That Helps!
