Have you tried the transpose option when using the paste special dialog?

Dear Friends,

In an MS Excel worksheet, I have data in cells A1 to A20. I want to cut & 
paste the data in the cells B1 to U1. But whenever I cut & paste the data 
appears in the entire block of cells from B1 to U20 instead of just the 
required cells.

Is there any way in which the data copied from A1 to A20 could be pasted 
only in B1 to U1? I could cut & paste a single cell at a time but it would 
be time-consuming.
