If this coach has been reserved than what is difference between sleeper reserved coach and handicapped coach? This handicapped coach should be for all handicapped persons who have general ticket. If any handicapped person reserves berth, it should be given in sleeper coach, not in handicapped coach.

dear friends
to solve the problem my oppinion is that handicapped coaches open for all handicapped persons with ordinary tickets. the handicapped quota is allowed in the other coaches. the organizations working in the field of handicapped wanted to use their pressure on the authority in this matter.

they have uniform and other understanding with one another. so they
can understand who is their men. here we are disabled possibities are
less. moreover its hard to recognise the disability in short duration
of time before the train moves.
