[AI] Urgent- need information about conditions of eligibility for amanuensis in UPSC exams

Hi All,
Can anyone please tell me if persons with visual disabilities are
permitted to bring their own scribes to help write their UPSC papers?
Or are scribes provided to them by the Commission itself at the venue.
Also let me know the requisite qualifications of the scribe. This is
urgent.
