Hello Rohiet,

The lady can definately raised this issue with Divisional Railway Manager 
(DRM) or Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM) (Central Railway) 
with the reference of full-fair ticket which they had travelled from 
Bhopal along with her current Railway Concession Certificate and the said 
cercular issued by the Ministery of Indian Railway as a supporting 
document.

Dear all, 
This happened with one of my VI friend yesterday when she was returning 
from bhopal with her escort. When her escort approach to book current 
ticket to the bhopal rail counter, the lady on the duty refuse to issue 
the concession ticket saying that she can not see the registration number 
on the certificate. When my friend approach herself on the counter and 
demanded the reason in writing, the lady litraly throw the xerox on her 
and says that I can not give you written statement do whatever you want. 
At last, they boath have to travel in full fare. It may be noted that she 
is using the same certificate from more than 2 3 years. But did not face 
such a strange problem. 
Now my point is, Can she file a complain in this matter? If yes, then what 
would be the proper channel to file such a complain and what would the 
supporting document require. She is strongly thinking to file the complain 
against this injustice. However the lady on the counter did not tell her 
name or tocan number. 
So I kindly request all the members to guide her in this matter.
