One can use the dialer interface provided by windows. After the gadget is installed and all the inputs are fed once using the help of a sighted person, you can use the short cut created in the start menu. One way to get to this windows dialer interface is start button on desktop-connect to -reliance net connect broadband plus. Fill in the user name and passward as your data card number, check that the number to be dialed is #777 Save settings permanently and press the dial button.
