Hello, I have recently scanned one of my course study material. In this book, there are several topics numbering from 1.1 to 1.10 corresponding to their respective headings. Similarly, for unit 2, there are topics from 2.1 to 2.12 aranged respectively. Now, I would like to make the tables of contents at the beginning of my file with hyperlinks to these topics mentioned above. In this regard, I would like to know about the detailed steps to create: table of contents along with serial no., name of the topic, page no. with hyperlinks. so could anyone please explain me the steps to perform this operation with detailed steps along with explaination to my particular situation?
