It is the right of visually impaired people of this country to exercise their rights vis-à-vis communication we are comfortable with. Not all visually impaired people of this country are well versed with computers!!! The state has to recognize Braille along with sign language (similarly for hearing impaired) in any form of communication. We well know that the public information officers are not aware of Braille however, there should be reasonable accommodation made for translation etc... which should be the states duty.
