I have the same question for pune city bus transport. before some years,
they were giving the concession with escort. Now they are saying that only
100% VI are eligible for concession. Can we chalenge there definition of
blindness?

Hi friends if anybody from U.P. I heard that U.P government has
amended its rules regarding giving concession to the visually
handicapped. According to the amended rule only concession facility
will be given to those who have 100% blindness, while erlier it was
available to all. Is this news true, does anybody experienced it? If
its true then can we challenge it in the court?
