Hai Friends, when you are talking about concession for v.i. persons in
Bus and Indian Railway, I would like to bring to all persons notice in
Capital City of Delhi DTC also provides Bus Pass only for 100% Blind
Persons and pass should be renewed every 6 months, whenever we go to
renew Bus Pass in 6 months we have to submit X-erox copy of Blind
Medical Certificate though it is clearly it is mentioned in
certificate (100%) Blindness they enquire us "are you 100% Blind" but
till today nobody has objected about this in Delhi and renewing every
6 months also is very difficult. % B
