I don't understand what you want to say? are you talking about the behaviour of the DTC officials or rules? My point is that all visually handicapped should be given this concession benifit because there is no such discrimination in other benifits then why it should be in travel concession? Actually I am unable to understand that why do they make provision only for 100% blind while neglecting other partially sighted people. I think I should go to court for consolodated direction to state and central government to amend its rules regarding the transport for extending the concession for all visually handicapped persons.
