Yes, she did say that I will have to go to Mumbai for the pairing process.
She has an organisation known as Canines Can Care where the entire
process will take place.
They have many skilled and efficient trainers who train the dogs there.
So, she  is not merely a private trainer.
She also told me that they have already supplied a guide dog to a
woman who has paralysis.
