Nowadays of course computer can be used and gradually, the rules are in place
for some exams at least.
However, it should ultimately depend on individual choice and computer should
never be advocated to the exclusion of a writer.
I am aware of comparative merits/demerits of both the methods, but on a
personal note, aesthetically, I have found it to be one of the good experiences
of life to have writer beside you and dictate the answers.
Some literary authors also follow this practice despite being visually normal...

Hi,

Yeah, I have so far chosen to give my exams with a writer primarily
because of the reasons that you mentioned.
However, some people do manage to successfully deal with all these
problems and are able to give their exams on the computer.
So, I thought that I should also consider that option.

I also read somewhere that one is allowed to use a writer of a higher
grade if the writer is in another stream.
So, does this rule apply to all universities/boards?
