Dear Vivek,

I can only assume your situation , I was referring to the accessibility of
the websites those are accessible as I learnt that there are hardly good TTS
and screen Readers at reasonable costs, the main intention of the program is
also for the benefit of the children / students from those sections of the
society where learning from English medium is a bit difficult.

I am convinced of the need of such a overlay and we have already decided to
work on it, in the idea stage I guess people are unable to understand what
all it can do but I am sure that this is going to help all of us soon.

Dear Friends, I am working in Government office in Delhi, according to
me most of Government office websites are not accessable with any
screen reading softwears even with Jaws 13 or NVDA I tried in many
government of india websites, some of my friends even wrote many times
to NIC which develops government websites but no developments till
