Dear Aravind,

This is the same Purpose that I was talking about an over lay, the overlay
is not as a screen reader but once u decide that we want a particular
application(IE for example) to be accessible we can achieve that, No
matter how complex the webpage might be within the Browser window.

I hope that i can soon put this idea into an Application so that all the
respected members of the site may evaluate the same.

Regards,

Kiran
