Hi Mr. Amiyo,
State commissioner for persons with disabilities of Bengal is not
quite wrong only, but also she seems to have no knowledge of issues
relating to the disabilities when she clearly told that the university
is correct. We are not supposed to avail ourselves of both scribe and
extra time. We have enjoyed undue facilities so far. Typical
bureaucratic attitude!!!!

Its good to here that the concern official of university have allowed
the candidate to avail the 20 minutes extra for each hour!!!
