yes sir the matter is urgent, the prilimnary exam is to be held on 13 May 2012, and they are not allowing me to appear in this exam. I have left with no choice, but your suggestion is very valid, before going to high court next week I will be sending the complaint copy to the CCPD and commissioner of U.P.
