Dear all, Thanks for your voluble response. According to my knowledge, persons with more than 80% disability can only travel in the disabled coach, escort is compulsory. If anybody with less than 80% disability or with out escort, is there any reserved seats available? Is there any railway number for helping this kind of issue?
