1. The incoming message which are coming are in the word format. So,
how to change it into html format? As well as, outgoing message also.

2. when I am in inbox, one notification comes, click here to download
the pictures, to help protect privacy, outlook prevents automatically
download pictures. I want to know what is it and how to stop it?

Waiting for your soon reply regarding this.

With warm regards,

Sure sir

Certainly experience is the best teacher, time says.
In fact, I have also travelled many times in Handicapped coach
And herd people bribing RPF corrupt uniform men.
And I have had quarel as well, but what to do, people say where to go then?
One RPF man saw me Pistol once also.
I was threatened, started shivering what I could do?
This issue is very big, because we will have to take on the poors
Indian railways knows that handicapped boggies are if I may say
hijacked by non disabled.
But they are indifferent to the plight of disabled who aboard in the
'viklang Dabba'.
And why it is so?
because, they understand disabled are passive sufferers.
And can only murmur amongst themselves, and will not pull our shoes.
this crude mentality of them needs to be challenged and attacked.

As discrimination faced by disabled was reported by National and
international media, we need much bigger attention from mainstream
media outlets for getting humane treatment by Indian railways.
Because if something better happens in this sector, millions of
disabled will cherish travelling, instead of regretting and lamenting
presently.

Unless, one himself/herself not faces the ramification of such

travelling experience for disabled is far cry.
Hence, Practical pain is precurser to turn in to positive pleasure.
Further, thanks to concessions given by Indian railways, most of
Access India subscribers make best use of it by travelling either in

Then question comes who will represent them.

Subject: [AI] Regarding disable coach

Hi all,
Really this is a horrible issue regarding disabled persons, railway
keeping disabled coach either engine side or rear side, how can we
understand where it is located?
If the coach is in engine side sure this is filled with normal
passengers, we need to fight with them for even a single seat.
Sometimes we can't find the disabled coach in the train, mostly this
thing happen on festival seasons.

Why the railway changing the coach position regularly? just thing if
we are with luggage how we will trouble to find out the coach.

The railway is escaping with pointless answers and showing negligence
regarding this issue. I thing we need to raise our voice for the same.

What we need to do against this, kindly share suggestions.

If anybody has the document about rules and regulations regarding this
issue, please share.

I think the the disabled coach should be located in the middle of the train

so there will not be any uncertainty of the coach position.

Generally it is combined with luggage coach so it becomes troublesome to
climb because of luggage kept in between.

Other problem is that the special coach is not attached to all trains.

When we discus the issue of integration then why do we need a separate
coach, I think the best policy should be in the general compartment the8 to

10 seats can be kept reserved and out of 4 toilets 1 can be specially
designed for disabled. So authority can not have any reason to denigh the
facilities to disabled.

The real problem is the misunderstanding and lack of information

My time zone is India which I configured myself. The date and time are

correct. I tried the old tricks of previous years, it did not work.
Only I had to register Talks again after restart. That is another
problem.

Dear sir
please go to
www.blindsea.com
and click on third addission softwares
and search for internet radio

The real problem of blindness is not the loss of eyesight.
The real problem is the misunderstanding and lack of information
that exist.
If a blind person has proper training and opportunity, blindness
can be reduced to a physical nuisance.

Hello,

One of my friends bought a C5 handset from Saksham. This one has
extra phone memory and some good programmes like internet radio. I

bought the same set last year from Saksham. I understand that I
can't get the extra phone memory. Can I download the internet radio

from somewhere>?

Dear all,

Thanks for your voluble response.

According to my knowledge, persons with more than 80% disability can
only travel in the disabled coach, escort is compulsory.

If anybody with less than 80% disability or with out escort, is
there any reserved seats available?
Is there any railway number for helping this kind of issue?

Can anybody sent the rules and regulations regarding the disability coach.
