Dear Sri It is difficult, as it is true that most of the blind bankers are finding that it is very difficult to perform any kind of work in Indian banking sector due to a host of factors. the bottom line is that there is no set up to work non visually..
The situation is crucial and something urgently needs to be done about it. Maybe, we are thinking at VIB-India to approach all banks with concrete measures to be taken to enhance the productivity of Blind bankers. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of [email protected] Sent: Monday, June 11, 2012 10:54 AM To: [email protected] Cc: <[email protected]>; B.
