Hi, State Bank is collaberating with EnAble India for the training in their process for the visually impaired and hearing impaired employees, and they are trying to make findout the suitable works in banking sector where vision is not required or can be substituted with assistive aids.
I think it is one of the good decisions by State Bank of India.
