Particularly in banking No reporting officer is ready to give very good
marks due to his or her mind set against blind despites of performing
excellently.
When a top level DGM said in a inter view we are providing you a job for
livelihood not enjoyment. So you can see yourself what is the mind
perception of a sited person.

Subject: [AI] Self Appraisal Report
Hello Friends
Have a nice day to all of you
Today I would like to divert your kind attention towards the "Self
Appraisal" report to be submitted by each of the officer in all cadre to
get further promotion in Indian banking system
A few days ago, Government of India has released the new guidelines to
give promotions in all cadre of officers. According the new guidelines,
each of the officer has to earn average 60% marks in last 3 years for
appearing the further promotion test
I think that this is a very crucial situation for the disabled,
specially for the visually impaired employee. This is equally true that
he even will not get minimum qualifying marks in Self Appraisal report
because most of them are not able to work properly in the banks due to
several reasons.
With Warm Regards
