hello, if your bank is sbi, then you need to just fill up the net banking registration form giving the details of your bank account and just put tick mark on remark yes in the colomn want transaction rights. my branch manager asked me to write the separate application along with the undertaking from my sighted joint account holder to which i have strictly refused as this is not applicable to the sighted customer. after the long debate he had agreed to enable the transaction rights to my bank account. so my suggestion is not to give anything additionally in writing except the procedure applicable for the sighted customer too and alert you to make such mistakes which i am sure you know. because to take such kind of undertaking my branch manager was taking the shelter of emotional situations with the intention to trying to over react to safeguard the interest of the customer to which i had realised tactfully and refused his demands. thanks, mukesh.
