hello, you need to apply for the transaction rights while taking the net banking acility activated by your bank. merely applying for net banking does not give you the privillage to transfer the fund to other account. if you have not put tick mark on the colomn transaction rights then apply to your bank separately. hope that helps. thanks, mukesh.
