Dear friend,

please go to the bank and show them the rules regarding the banking
facilities which we can use.
make them awaire about it.
A phone call should not be the end of the battel you should go there
and meet the bank manager and talk to them regarding this and get a
bank acount.
If you are not getting a positive responce then go to some other type
of bank they might allow you.
Every bank should allow VI to creat a acount in the bank.
