in autotext you have to define a keystroke for any phrase or sentense. you
can also define 2 or 3 key combination for autotext. first type the key
combination and press f3, this will result your autotext appear on the
document. like i can define cg for chhattisgarh. to execute this, i have to
first type cg and then press f3.
in autocorrect entries ms-word automatically replace your word, like wrongly
typed or misspelled word. you can also define autocorrect entries and it
will be automatically be replaced by word while typing in a flow.

please go with the below method.
To use AutoText in Word 2007, you’ll need to add the AutoText option
to the Quick Access toolbar. You can then create and insert your own
custom AutoText entries. Or, insert Word’s standard AutoText entries.
To add AutoText to the Quick Access toolbar, follow these simple steps:
1. Click the Office button and select Word Options
2. Click Customize
3. In the box labeled Choose commands from, select All Commands
4. Select AutoText and click Add
5. Click OK
When you click the AutoText button, you’ll see a list of AutoText
entries you can insert. Click one to insert it at the cursor point in
your document.
To create an AutoText entry, type the text in your document. Select
the text and click the AutoText button. Select Save Selection to
AutoText Gallery.
