Hello, My experience with Ebay.in Was mixed in both ways positive and negative. Overall it was good in terms of following: 1. the items listed on ebay, were very vast and covered lots of brands. Categorized in a very systematic way. 2. the payment mechanism was very fair. i.e. once you purchase the item from ebay via paisa pay which is safest way to make transactions because once you get the ordered item delivered to you, you can check the quality, desired product whether it matches to the product you order, delivery condition etc then only you confirm the receipt of the order. After getting the confirmation from the buyer, your payment is processed to the seller. After reading the description of any item on ebay, you can open the communication directly with the seller about your doubts and your communication is handled in a very satisfactory manner except the few seller who doesn’t react and not really serious about the fair transaction which risk is everywhere for which you can be cautioned. Most of the sellers gives you the time limit to return the items if you are not satisfied with it except the condition that if you do not like the item despite the item description matches fully with its features. There are feedback scoring for each seller and all the feedback including their rating such as, negative, positive, neutral etc given by the buyer are recorded in front of the seller profile including the members identity except members has restricted to be displayed, date, comments etc. once gone through this feeddback, you can decide whether to go for the item. There are auctions listed for several items which can be bidd which gives you the fair amount of chance to win the products if you can not afford to buy at the original price. 7. all the transactions are safe and secured. Ifyou order any particular item from ebay, you get the periodical mails about the follow up such as, right from payment acknowledgement, shipping information, in case the seller does not ship the item in time limit, automatic refund process etc. 9. your all communication with seller, buyer if you are seller, order information, status etc is stored separately in the messages folder of your inbox on ebay login.
Few negative feedback: 1. you should be bit researcher in items listed. i.e. while going through the items listed by seller, there will be various occasions that you will come across the situation that particular item may atract your attention immediately and you will be eager to grab the item quickly seeing the features, price etc but before reacting impatiently go through the seller profile, feedback scoring, comparison of original price by the brand company, etc as recently, there was one particular item called Kingston pen drive 256 gb listed to cost rs. 2100 in the bidd in which I have participated and won the bidd to rs. 2675. but even after placing the order, my item was never shift in the set out time limit and hence, my refund was automatically processed by ebay in the situation of not getting delivered the item after seeking the confirmation of my refund request 2. as regard to chances of getting delivered broken item by seller, it does happen anywhere so before accepting the product while handing over the item by courier/post ensure the item is in proper condition and if not after receiving the item in front of the delivery person, return the same with the said comment immediately.it did happen with me as I had ordered few cups. So after notifying the same to the seller, they replaced the item very quickly by dispatching again. In my few days of experience, I had mixed experience with them but over all it was very pleasant except the undesirable experience which I think can take place everywhere and are neither in control of the buyer nor the seller for which I have mostly seen that the sellers on ebay found to be very sensitive in receiving the feedback from the buyer, very good communication between the seller and the buyer while making the decision in buying the product. So far I purchased the following items from ebay: 1. 16gb kingston pendrive at rs. 650 which was won by me in the bidd. 2. COMBO OFFER 1+1= 2 Pcs ORIGINAL KINGSTON 8 GB DATA TRAVELER NEW 109 PEN DRIVE at rs. 586 which I have won from the bidd. 3. Primrose Leather Key Chain with Antique Fitting at rs.195 4. Personalized gift phone pouch at rs. 249 5. Transcend Micro SD SDHC 8GB Card Class 4 There were few others too which are categorized in personal grooming products So my experience may not be the same one as others but I can recommend to make purchase on ebay to anyone. Thanks, Mukesh.
