here in Austria at list that addresse is needed.
i suppose, there is your problem.

could you please, there is one combo box to choose card type here i
select the visa card as visa word is printed on the card but there is
one more type i.e. maestro card. so if you know the difference between
the visa and maestro card it would be of great help.
so if possible, please  guide me what could be wrong here?
i have also tried lodging the complaint successfully through online
SBI site and on lodging the said complaint i got the ticket number in
7 digits. since i have not received any call from the customer care as
mentioned by them, i have called customer care to make follow up for
my ticket but they were unable to locate the ticket. according to
their comments, they want the 16 digit complaint number and i got the
7 digit ticket number. so don't know how to even make follow up for my
ticket?

in the given situation, please guide me about my further course of action.
