hello accessindia! few days ago there was a discussion on the accessibility issue with airtel website while paying bill. I have taken the matter with trai and airtel as well. today I received a call from higher airtel official and had a long discussion on the issue. they have agreed that this is a genuine issue and they will resolve it shortly. I have also let them know about the web content accessibility guidelines. hope the matter will soon be resolved.
