Continuing from previous mail i wrote, i thought an example would help. When i am in a buffet, which could be in a restaurant or most of the time it is at conferences/seminars. Whoever is with me would generally ask me to sit and offer to fix my plate for me and bring it to me. They would ask me what i wanted. But how could i tell without knowing what is available.
So i make a it a point, to ask them to tell me what each dish has, and help me by serving it to me on my plate. I carry my plate on my own and go through the full line, so i can choose exactly what I want.
