Hi, 
 
This happens on my phone as well. It's quite annoying. The best option is to 
take it back to your ear and to continue the conversation.. 
As far as I know, there's no way to disable the speaker mode. Whenever this 
happens, I take my phone away from my ear and then bring it back to my ear. 
That usually fixes things..
