Akhilesh, your idea is an interesting one... Generally, Seats are reserved in educational institutions for disabled, here this can be vice versa... So there will be drastic shift indeed. And Sorry I beg to differ on the understanding of mainstream. If this University gets fructified, and inovation galore, Who knows we could teach people look this is mainstream...
