I may be herting some one but, this idea is not practical at all. you can only adjust in a corporate if you live with those peers who are competing with each other by tooth and nail this dianamic world. After being into an IIM, I have myself realised it. and yes, there are many more things to unfold in coming days to make this believe more strong.
